Payment Information

Poth Holistic Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family.  Our office is not a participating provider for any insurance plans.  However, if you have Out of Network Coverage you may have some benefits.  We also accept auto accidents and personal injury case. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we accept Visa and MasterCard, cash, checks and debt cards.

Insurance

Dr. Poth is not a participating provider for any insurance plans, however if you have Out of Network Coverage, your plan may have some coverage.  We accept Auto Accidents (most insurances accepted) and Personal Injury claims.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.  The final determination if care is covered and at what amounts, is made by the insurance company when a claim is submitted.  Please note Dr. Poth is not available to do Labor and Industries claims.

No Insurance

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage there is still a way for you to receive the care you need, we accept checks, cash, bank cards, Visa and MasterCard.  Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
